Amazon UK is the only one showing kindle version, and they said it was only for UK customers :(. Amazon.com only has hard copy and Amazon.com.au (nearest one to me) doesn't have either. So I will have to wait a while and try again in future.
Had it on pre-order from Amazon since it was announced. You have obviously learned a lot from others mistakes in how to lay out a book. Great design..very well thought out. Thanks
