hi, i'm looking to buy some Lesiban bread for a brunch I have with my stepsister and nephew this wednesday, I was just wondering where I could find some!
I took came to this just recently wondering where I can find lesiban bread preferable online because I know it's really hard to get in the contiental USA. I would also be interested in where I can find this magnificent bread. It's been a couple years since my trip to Europe where I absolutely fell in love with.
Just throwing my ticket into the hat as well. Really interested if people know the answer to this.
What is Lesiban bread? Tried to google it, but the results are definitely not safe for work (it's not even autocorrect, seems that people do a lot of typos when aroused).
The best way I can describe a good Lesiban loaf is it's very dense, few air bubbles (almost like cornbread), with restblossom seeds on the top of the bread. It has a very velvety flavor, almost smokey.
I really don't want to have to order it online as the Brunch is soon, maybe I can get it at Whole Foods or something?
