Hey! Long time unregistered lurker here. Over the past two years +, this website has helped me tremendously with my pizza craft. We moved out of Massachusetts to farm-country Ohio in 2011 too discover the pizza wasn't anywhere near the quality of pizza from where we grew up in the Northeast. No offense too those in Ohio I know there are a few expats there making fantastic pies, but not in John Deere country. I tried buying dough but it wasn't the same and after a couple years of dealing with bad local pizza I started too make my own. Well if you don't want too gain a million pounds in a month, you have too space it out and take a year or two. Figure I feel like I got it right and we moved back to Mass! My journey has been well documented over the past couple years and I have to chuckle at the pictures of my first few pies, the obviously wrong equipment, what I thought was the right equipment, etc etc. Ill have to make another thread on it. Im here now too also branch out too start making other breads that I've always loved and would like too make at home.
We look forward to seeing your bread baking journey!
Happy baking :)
