Hey bakers anyone know how to produce this loaf and the method and the bakeing and temp I have a convection 100Ltr oven  if anyone can help me baking this it would be amazing if realy want to learn this craft cheers bakers

It's just white bread. Flour, water, salt & yeast. Use your favourite version. I make a variant of this regularly, but a more savoury version with cheese added. Seems to sell well.

Have you considered doing some bread courses ... Come to Devon :-)

GorDan how far are you from warrington I would love to do a bread course do you do classes or no some where in Devon that dose it and all so how do you when you bake the bread it very nice and golden and Ringley looking on top
