High gluten flour (UK) -- Turkish Grocery stores

I live in an area with a lot of Turkish groceries and convenience stores which appear to have a large variety of flours. But most of which aren't in english. So I'm never 100% what grain they're from. 

I'm finding it difficult to source high gluten flour for bagels as most of the packs don't have a protein % and when they do, they're quite low 9-11%. 

The brands I see stocked most often are UN, Aytac and Singai.

I'd appreciate if anyone knows if high gluten flour is commonly used in Turkish, Crypriot and Southern Eastern European baking and what I should be looking for or if it's known by a different name?  

If there are no UK branded flours (e.g. Allinsons), I'd just keep looking at the bags until I found one that was >= 12% protein and try that. Then google translate the name :-)

Or see if there's a (British) supermarket or convenience store near you?

Mail order is OK if you can afford the postage - Shipton Mill is free if you spend over £30 with them...

I am tempted however to try the Shipton Mill at some point.

In my area it is also mostly Southern or Central European stores. I do however have one or two stores that sell organic products, many of them being British (Doves Farm for instance).

"un" means "flour" in Turkish. Not a brand. 

Singai is probably Sinangil Brand. You may check protein values of their flours from this link :

Aytac has a UK web site : http://www.aytacfood.co.uk/flours-and-tortillas but I couldn't see any information about their flours protein values.

Thanks for the advice all. At a pinch I can always go to the bigger supermarkets but I'd obviously like to support loca businesses. 

Being able to get high-gluten flour nearby is always handy for when I've not planned far enough in advanced.
