Hello, Etienne and BreadQuest! This is the best bread site; I've been on here for a while, though not as long as many of the members, and have found it to be a treasure chest of information and a great place to share. My advice is to spend time browsing past forums, blogs and the handbook if you can. There is so much information that's been posted over the years and the search function is reasonable. My trouble is, there are too many good ideas that I don't have time to try them all!

Hi there, Floyd! Nice to meet you.
Love TFL site - just started reading the posts in the last few weeks, and decided to register.
