KAF '12-grain Artisan Bread Flavor'

So - anyone know what King Arthur's '12 grain Artisan Bread Flavor' is?? We are too far to mail order. Just curious. Is it delicious?? tx

Curious, so I googled it:

This tasty blend will add depth and flavor to your basic breads. Includes sunflower seeds, rye flour, rye meal, corn grits, cracked wheat, flax seed, sesame seed, barley flakes, rolled oats, soy bran, millet, wheat bran, rye malt, cracked buckwheat, rice flour, triticale, malted barley flour and spices. Makes about 3 loaves.

It looks fairly finely milled by the picture of it.
