Tartine Bread - Sucess, finally!

Hey,

this is so far the best Tartine Style Bread i achieved. My advise to everyone new is: lerarn how to master and understand fermentation. It makes all the difference in overall Outcome, Crumb, oven spring, shaping and scoring!

I took notes from every bread i made and tried to improve and understand with every bake.
