The idea here is to allow those who are just beginning to learn how to braid dough to make an impressive looking loaf with simple elements, and use their knowledge to make bread for home consuming or sale.

I do some braiding from time to time, but most of my doughs have too much hydration. It appears you use the same dough for all of your pictures. What is that dough and hydration?
