Cornmeal and barley flour bread

A trip to the local food coop resulted in the barley flour purchase and there was cornmeal sitting in the freezer, so I added them to a mostly whole wheat mix. Nice results with bread #64, though the top of my la cloche is cracked. The bread got eaten pretty quickly.

Looks moist and comforting! Good for simple sandwiches or toasted. Enjoy!
