I dont do much but I can bake a loaf of bread. It's because you helped me, and for TFL I am thankful. 

And I'd say you do a lot more than just bake good bread. You appreciate others and make people feel good - it doesn't get much better than that.

20% levain and the Dutch oven. 

This one 33% Durum flour, 33% bread flour and 33% all purpose. 70%+ hydration.
