Freeze Tartine loaves tonight for Thursday?

These just came out: Tartine 25% ww.  Question is, do I leave them in the bread box till Thursday or freeze and thaw? Won't be able to bake on Thanksgiving.

 

 

I freeze Tartine-type loaves (and slices) all the time and it works very well.  Take it out of the freezer in the morning and recrisp it just before dinner.  Spritz it or rub it with a little water and reheat it in a hot oven for 10 minutes or so.
