This is Polish Milk Rye and I'm quite pleased with the flavor and texture of this loaf. This is a good loaf for those who prefer a softer rye and will make great sandwiches. Slight sweet, mild caraway and rye flavors.
My other assignment was a complete failure...it resembled a paver.
This loaf looks really good. I bet it would make a nice sandwich with a good flavor profile. There's something to be said about a soft rye.
This one looks great. Sorry to hear about the paver loaf. Which bread was it? What do you think the problem was?
