How do you keep a breeze from blowing ash all over that beautiful pizza? Which size oven is that and how do you like it? I like the idea of a WFO but am not sure I would like the idea of buying and using the wood to fuel it.
We sell wood at the campground so no problem for us. But were we live you can buy wood at the gas station or grocery store.
So far I like it a lot and I was able to produce a decent result with the first firing and most important I can move it around and take it with me when we close the campground and move back to our regular house.

I don't think that a breeze would do anything and if it is real windy you can cover the door with the lid that comes with it.
It is the Forno Toscano Marinara, http://www.fontanaforniusa.com/ft-wood-fired-ovens/marinarna-wood-pizza-oven/

I can see you now. You'll be sitting up in your tree stand this fall with your wood fired oven right below baking pizzas.
Looks great :)

Yep, you get the picture, and it will be pretty soon!
