there couldn't be too much rye in there. What recipe did you use/
My regular recipe I normally use only has 8 oz. of rye in the formula. The one I am using now has 9.6 oz. of rye in the formula and the rest bread flour. My husband does not like dense loaves of bread, so that is about all the rye I use. I also added caraway seeds.
