Made some Rye bread, and thought I would show you how these came out. Used a different recipe for this bread than I normally use. Will Post another photo of the loaf and two slices.

This looks great. What formula did you follow?
The recipe I used was Jeffrey Hammelman's Ciabatta with Poolish. I've been making the ciabatta for the last month or so, and though I would try it with Rye. I used the Rye as the Poolish and added about 2 oz. more of water, and also added about 2 more oz of water to the main dough. This was the first time I tried it with Rye flour. I use Stone Ground Rye to make my rye breads.
