Does anyone in the USA have a good source for Drum Sieves to sift fresh milled flour? I'm having trouble finding any that are either affordable or list the mesh size.
I've used these for a couple of years, built tough, fit perfectly inside a 5 gallon bucket. I have 20,30,50. Never use the 50, the 20 on top of the 30 gives me about 85-90% extraction.
I am reviving a very old thread in the hope someone has a description of the sieves that the above post references. The link now points to the distributor's home page instead of the specific article. I guessed they restructured the catalog in the 7 years since the post.

Thanks Michael. These look like they should do the trick.
.......but the credit for finding these gems goes to another forum member, possibly proth5.
What a great idea! I don't yet mill my own grain but I know how I will sift t now if I ever do.
