Being new here I wasn't sure what forum would be a good match for info about a Power Point Presentation I put together for making French Bread. It is a complete description with text and photos. It's about 6.5Mb. If I can find my color copy I'll scan it as a pdf.

Paul was nice enough to send me his presentation in pdf format. It is well nicely done. As he says, it is a French Bread 101 , so it is designed for beginners. The recipe uses volume measurements, not weight. He uses a straight dough method with an autolyse, and has lots of photos which would help someone just starting to get an idea of what it should look like at various stages.
