I didn't really use measurements, you take as much starter as you want to use, I added less than a teaspoon of salt, and enough flour to make a good dough. Glad I baked yesterday, we had a terrible storm last night (Interior Alaska) and had an 18 hour power outage.
Great looking bread with an excellent crust & crumb. Bet it was delicious.
