This is my homemade version of the Sandwich Loaf.

That is one very impressive sandwich loaf.  with a great looking crumb and looks like it makes a nice sized sandwich too.

what size loaf tin did you use?

This mold is 22 cm long, 9 cm wide and 6 cm high. I bought it in IKEA.
