I'm making cinnamon rolls. The frosting recipe calls for vanilla extract. I'd like to experiment using a "gourmet" vanilla extract. The following is a "top 10" list of vanilla extracts: http://gourmetfood.about.com/od/wheretobuygourmetfoods/tp/topvanillabrand.htm. Can anyone recommend any of them?
