I am hoping someone can help me.
I am in need of taking some artisan bread classes.
I am looking to build a commercial kitchen to bake breads and pastries out of for wholesale and retail.
I have found a few classes in Portland and Seattle but I am not sure who is the best?
Would like to stay as close to Idaho as possible.

Sorry I thought you had knowledge of placement. There was a Hostess Cupcakes banner that showed cupcakes. My favorite. I send a case of Twinkies to my cuz in Iraq every month along with some real food items.

The San Fransisco baking co. also does consultations for those opening retail bakeries. I think that would be your best bet.
