HiBreadsong, sorry, I didn't realize you'd written so extensively on the Kneading Conference. I should have checked first. I really enjoy your posts and all your wonderful bread creations! Theresa's site is one of my favorites. I've had such consistently great luck with her mother dough and her basic sourdoughs. She's restored my confidence! Barbara

Barbara, Thanks for you nice note, and no apology necessary...I'm grateful to you as your post prompted me to add the link to Teresa's (informative, picture and video-filled!) write-up to my post. I am amazed by the site Teresa has put together and can't wait to try baking some of her breads.
