Toast

this whole bread thing gets more fun by the day!!

my shaping still needs work but WOW did these taste amazing!! toasted with some butter and coffee!

The scoring on the first loaf is really lovely!   And the crust color superb!

The next two I'm wondering if they could have used just a little bit longer rise before scoring and baking.   Is the poppy seed loaf scored or did it rip open?  I can't quite tell.
