Hello from Ontario Canada:

I came across this site earlier this week and I am so excited! I have always loved to bake and especially work with yeast but this site and the information it contains brings things to a whole new level.

I made whole wheat, multigrain bagels today and they turned out perfect. I look forward to learning from all of you fellow bakers.
