Grape seed flour

Toast

I noticed that KA has a grape seed flour on their website that's made from Chardonnay grapes. Has anyone tried it? It's supposed to add fiber, antioxidents, slightly sweet flavor, and serve as a life extender for baked goods.

Thanks!

Patricia

I was wondering the same thing.  Have you learned anything about this product?

No one has responded, as you can see, and I haven't bought any. Maybe it's time to experiment...

I was ordering other things at KAF, so I threw in a bag of grape seed flour for good measure.  I will let you know what it's like once it arrives and I have a chance to  play with it.

Just bought some at Whole Foods market to play with. There is a baker in Petaluma- rEVOLUTION bread who uses it and Chardonnay oil. It is delicious flatbread. Whole Foods in Sacramento, Ca. had Chardonnay and Cabernet in bulk dept. If you Google it, you'll see a Napa company selling it, and they are affiliated with one of the big wineries who has been using it for awhile for pizza doughs.
