Just a little sign of life to say hello and to show that I'm still happily baking, not as much as I would like too but still enjoying it very much.

Both the Zopf and your boule look great! I'm planning to make a Zopf for this weekend. Tradionally I always make one for Easter but this year it was Hot cross buns instead. I love your spelt boules too!
