Hello from Ancaster, Ontario

Toast
Hello all, I have been following this site for a month, or so, and am most impressed (and intimidated) by the knowledge of the members. I have been making no-knead bread several times a week for about a year and am now anxious to move on to other recipes. I have a pineapple juice starter in progress, as we speak, (although I am a little uncertain as to its state). Thanks to everyone for all the great advice and suggestions.

Welcome to our tasty addiction!

If you've been hanging out around the joint much you already know that there are a lot of friendly, helpful folks around who will help you out, cheer you on and congratulate your successes and console you on the flops (and we have ALL been there).

If you have any questions, fire away someone is sure to have the answer or if not at least some ideas that would help you find a workable solution to any glitch or puzzlement you come across.

It's a fun, friendly place, so jump in with both feet and participate.

There are several Canucks here, and some of us are even in your general area (Burlington here) so we may even be able to help you find stuff.

Hello, I'm just around the corner from you - Oakville.

I have discovered a Mill in Ontario that has great organic flour, etc. and has an online shop, if you are interested I can give you details.

P.S.  There is someone else on this site with the same username so all posts under that name are not mine. I'm trying to sort it out.
