This looks great.  How did it taste?

a local bakery has an olive/sea salt fougasse that is heaven!  I wonder what type of olives to use - at $3 a pop, ($36 per dozen!!!) I better learn to imitate them at home!

I Grow olives  at home two young trees and collect them all around locally they grow pretty well and pretty easy. i process them myself too, takes about 6 to 8 weeks. the grand daughters eat them like lollies.

so where abouts are olives that expensive?

The ciabata was baked by an ITALIAN it cost $4.00 aussie about double what you can buy a sliced sandwhich loaf for but really no comparison.
