I have recently become obsessed with baking bread and have been trying out a bunch of recipes- mainly from Nick Maligieri's How To Bake book. I have had some successes and some...learning experiences. I am looking forward to using this site to help me iron out the glitches.

Obsessed would describe me too- about bread! This site is awesome. Make sure to look up stuff in the archives using the search. You'll end up spending hours reading. That's where I learned the most, and looking at everyone's blogs.

Thanks for the offer. I think that 25 lbs of flour is too much for me to handle right now. I wouldn't even be able to store it properly!
