My first order in quite a while

After posting photos of my NY rye on the local community page, I received an order. Sadly my rye flour restock is incoming. I was able to redirect the customer to my signature Falzon Filone. Hopefully the orders start up again. 

In truth, it's a lot of work involved to gross $9.00. That being said, It does help offset the cost of ingredients. Additionally, I can bake regularly without having all that bread to eat myself.

I am so tired of scraping uncooperative dough out of the Bosch. Without a backup plan to deliver a bread in case of a fail, I changed the hydration of my signature Falzon Filone. Lucky it all worked out.
