Awesome third loaf
After my disappointing second attempt, I decided to try the basic tartine recipe with 74% hydration. The only difference is that I baked covered at 500 for the first 20 min, instead of 450. I’d say my loaves are improving! Thank you all for the input you’ve provided as well.
