Chocolate sourdough
Hii everyone!! I want to make a chocolate sourdough rustic bread and was wondering whether or not i can add instant coffee liquid during the autolyse process??or should i just add the coffee after the autolyse?

Het is hoofdzakelijk water dus ik zou het bij de autolyse doen.
I'd add during the autolyse. Otherwise I think the hydration will be thrown off, unless you only plan to incorporate a very small amount of coffee.
