Sesame baguette (first attempt)

Pleasantly surprised considering these two loaves were over proofed a bit. The other is just a naked loaf and not really photo worthy but thought of take a stab at coating with seeds finally. On a side note,i have,beem,toying,with techniques to preserve my steam cloud in my gas oven and have come,to discover that I am looking about 100f during docking (that's 550f down to 450f). Need,to,figure this out as its making it really challenging to get nice dark ears ...
