Is it OK to feed my started before its food has been depleted?
Situation, I keep a 100% Hydration starter in my refrigerator and feed it every 7–10 days. I fed it just 3 day ago. Now I decided to bake tomorrow. Can I take the starter out of the refrigerator and start feeding it for the bake without letting it deplete its food first?
You can - expect to see a difference though - like longer. Enjoy!
