Sourdough Baguettes
After two failed attempts at 50% whole wheat sourdough, I decided to goback to basics with Reinhart's BBA Basic Sourdough Bread recipe. It came out quite nicely. I spent a couple days refreshing my starter to make sure it was active enough, did the Firm Starter Saturday afternoon, and the final dough this morning. The primary fermentation and final proofing took less time than expected, and the bread is really tasty.
