need recipe of Czech and German breads
I'm looking for German whole grain bread ( "schartzbrot") and breads that was made between Czech Republic and Germany.I love to make all different kinds of breads.I'm looking for the but I can't find any of the recipes of them.They are from Rye,whole wheat and wheat berries.Can someone help me with that?????

If purchasing cookbooks or getting them from your library is an option, "Bread" by Jeffrey Hamelman has lots of German ryes, and "Local Breads" by Daniel Leader has many German and Czech ryes. I've made several Czech breads from Leader's book. If you pay attention to some of his errors in measurement, the breads are terrific - among my favorites.
