I have been a bread baker and pastry chef in the USA since 2017. I tend to go towards traditional European breads and pastries and really want to go to Europe to learn and work. Given the state of things in the USA I realize we are not popular (for obvious reasons). I’m wondering if anybody has any possible leads I could look into?I’ve looked into hotels, bakeries, and traineeships so far but it’s a big world and I would like to figure out how to get out in it.
