I’m Anujay from India, 24 years old. I started baking sourdough during the lockdown, and it’s been about 3 years of learning, experimenting, and trying to perfect the craft—though I believe the learning never really stops.
I absolutely love natural fermentation, and my focus has been on achieving a good open crumb. I run a lot of experiments, which I share on my Instagram, and I’m excited to start sharing them here as well :)

Here's a tip: In case you haven't used it yet, the Search tool at the upper right hand corner of most pages is your friend. It can help you find information in the 20 years' worth of posts that have accumulated. For example, let's say you wanted to find some information about cinnamon rolls. Just type 'cinnamon rolls' (without the quotes) into the white box and click on Search. If the results are too broad, you can use the Advanced Search tools that are visible with the initial search results to refine your search. Have fun!
