I just received my Preethi Eco Plus food grinder/mixer yesterday. I purchased it mainly for grinding peanut butter (killed a blender and a food processor doing this). I also am interested in making different bean and seed flours to experiment with. The journey/search for this type of equipment came when I began searching for something that could make peanut butter and also grind dry chickpeas-those suckers are HARD! The additional goal was to find something that would not be destroyed after just a few uses.
So does anyone else have a similar machine? How do you use it and please feel free to include recipes or methodology. So far it came very easily through a batch of peanut butter from dry roasted peanuts.
