I´m starting a new bakery project in Spain, Málaga. Nowadays my clients are able to find gluten-free bread in my bakery, althought I would may offer more variety. I will be gratefull if any of yours let me know what are your special needs, and what specific product would you like to find in a bakery and never do.

Extra virgin olive oil, which provide antioxidants and flavour, almonds rich in healthy fats, or fresh eggs, considered as superfood.
