Hi everyone! I’m  Puja, and I’m so excited to be here.

 

Having celiac disease and following a dairy-free diet led me to discover the new world of ancient grains and millets. They’ve completely transformed the way I cook, and now I can’t stop experimenting! Whether it’s bread, tortillas, or something totally unexpected, I love turning simple ingredients into something exciting.

 

For me, cooking should be fun, approachable, and a little adventurous. Looking forward to sharing and learning with all of you!
