Moffat Turbofan Installation Questions

Toast

Hello, I'm looking to use a Moffat Turbofan E32D5 for my home bakery business. Does anyone know if it's legal to install this in a home? Also, does anyone know if this would affect home insurance?

I am aware a turbofan needs an 220 V outlet. Thanks for your help!

When I wondered about putting a commercial stove into a home kitchen, I was advised to talk to my insurance company first.  Also, there will be a requirement of leaving a certain amount of space between the unit and the nearest flammable materials. There will probably be other zoning requirements, such as venting.  There may even be different requirements because you will be using it for business purposes.
