Death by Chocolate Panettone with potential

Not the open crumb I was aiming for but it has potential !

After 2.5 months of hovering over my Lievito Madre wondering how to get it right and where I went wrong etc etc and daily online reading and interactions, I finally just took a leap of faith.   

My LM is active, I think it triples if I take into account that it grows fat (sideway gaps filled up) and up by twice if not slightly more.     I've decided to dedicate myself to maintaining my LV for a while more before putting her to snooze in the fridge.   I'll bake Kulitsch (Russian Panettone) at Easter. 

I'd like to post a couple more images but seem to be only able to upload one.   Any particular reason ?
