Good morning beautiful San Tan Valley!
This morning we celebrate, two staples of the working man's table.
1. The rye grain, more correctly weed. It can be grown in tundra like temperatures in poor soil the wheat plant could never tolerate.
2. The egg maligned in the 70's as detrimental to our health. Now fifty plus years later celebrated as a super food! Wow the seventies were 50 years ago? Now I feel old!
