I cobbled together several bits of information from different sources. These in the picture are darker than I want and plan lower oven temp 450, dropping the pizza stone one level, and watching the time closely. With that being said I have not made adjustments to the written recipe yet. The recipe file is in Excel format and the recipe can be scaled.Jim's Ciabatta
