I live in rural, Middle Tenn. Somewhere between Nashville and Knoxville, North of Chattanooga.
I was given a Elite Gourmet EBM 8103 for Christmas. I have read the Instruction Manual completely and am still confused. Are there any members out there baking with this machine?
I feel like the manual was written by/for people who have been using the equipment for years, and know every setting/cycle and how to use them. I could use some help deciphering this language. any takers to help a novice baker out??

The page for a 1 lb. loaf is shown. I have another bread machine but I think you would add all the ingred and then find where to enter your size loaf (1 lb.) and choose a medium crust tone. Then just hit "start" and wait a few hours. The YT spends most of the time showing the mix. Just skip to 4:00 where it will show the end result.
Just give it a try with the smaller loaf and see what you get!
