Hi! The pin on my Ankarsrum is loose. I don't know how else to describe it. If I hold the Roller under the pin it fits quite nicely. I let it go and it comes down maybe a quarter of an inch. Today I tried not putting the Roller all the way down. When I let go the roller dropped the same distance. Is there some way to adjust the pin so it holds on better? Or is the fault in the Roller? Or? Also, please advise if this question belongs in a Forum.

Not sure I understand your problem. Does the roller resist when you try to push it down? My pin drops all the way down into the roller with light pressure applied to the top of the pin…
