Hello TFL,
I'm looking into an oven which I would like to run on US house power with phase converter or possible 240 single phase rewire. It's a single deck 2 sheet oven.
I reached out to Chandley but not sure how far I will get as with DoM 1996 piece of equipment.
Is anyone familiar with these ovens? can they be easily rewired or safely operated with a 3 phase converter without step/buck convertor?
