I made some whole wheat pancakes yesterday for the second time. Didn't forget the egg, but almost added in the baking powder at the last minute, and forgotten the fruit and hazelnut.
Will list all ingredients later today. But tips here as I'm Type2 diabetic, have to use low sodium, etc.

I use home milled soft wheat for pancakes, and they come out fine. This website includes a recipe for sourdough discard pancakes that works nicely for me. My starter is 100% dark rye at 100% hydration - I use 1.5 - 2X the milk in the recipe. It works with almond milk as well as cow milk.
